Parliament of Scotland[edit]

I'm not sure that changing to Lanarkshire (Parliament of Scotland Constituency) really helps much. In 1654-1658 (the relevant timeframe) there was no Parliament of Scotland. Lockhart was elected to the Parliament of the Protectorate (i.e. England, Scotland and Ireland) - see First, Second and Third Protectorate Parliaments.
