Lead section

Chris Kubasik was named Chair and CEO of L3Harris Technologies on June 29, 2022, following the retirement of Bill Brown as Executive Chair.^[1] As such, I propose changing the first sentence of the lead section to refer to Bill as “former chairman” as opposed to “chairman.”
