Notable?[edit]

Apparently, this question has been asked before (AfD linked to above): I'm concerned about the subject's notability. He has a few "points" in his favor:

He apparently has an h-index of 10, which implies that he's somewhat well-known in his field. (This might be sufficient for tenure at many "research" universities.)
His first listed paper alone has nearly 900 citations (which I assume was part of his dissertation).
His dissertation is cited as "the first in-depth study of code refactoring as a software engineering technique". (Since it seems natural to re-examine one's work, I would assume that, in the general sense, "code refactoring" has been an aspect of software engineering since the beginning.)
