Wilson Tortosa may be a stub, but it's notable enough to deserve its own article. What it needs is further improvement. He may not be "that" famous like Jim Lee or Marc Silvestri in the comic book industry, but this person has made significant contributions in the American comic book market. He's worked and currently in works with major American publishers and is well-known more in the U.S. (especially by comic book fans) than his own country. What the article needs is improvement, not just mere deletion.
