Do we really need that?[edit]

The discussion about the hidden web browser, and how to find it and make it go... do we really need that in this article? We can probably find an off-wiki page that describes how to do it, and just plunk it into an External Links section. — Wwagner 01:01, 5 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It's part of the game, and it's relevant to the article I suppose.

With the new firmware's Internet browser and the homw brew community making homebrew internet browsers, I doubt we really need it

I nearly removed it with my latest edit. I think it deserves a place in there but definately needs rewording and making clear that the exploit is out of date. Cpc464 13:42, 23 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

So what is it[edit]

This article is poor at describing what the actual game is.--Djihed 12:40, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

which game?[edit]

a lot of info from pulse here, why not say "pulse is a direct sequel" or something? 222.154.20.196 09:14, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Does a one-sentence description and a short, bulleted list qualify as "a lot"? Xihr 22:10, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, User:Jaguar, I will be reviewing the article since I'm a bit "Wiki-bored" (I blame Allen Walker's article). It is pretty well-written for a GA but I'm having some doubts.

  1. In the lead "Critics unanimously praised the graphics, track designs and general aesthetics, however some critics noticed occasional framerate fluctuations." The word "critics" feel a bit overused and the sentence too long. I would suggest splitting into "However," or "On the other hand.
  2. Can the downloadable content be explained in the gameplay section?
  3. Lastly, I think the project no longer uses GameRankings as it is kinda the same stuff as Metacritic.

Anyway, good work in the article as usual.Tintor2 (talk) 18:30, 29 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Tintor2, thanks for checking this over! For the first point, I've removed the first "critics" and replaced it with "reviewers", while removing the second "critics" from that sentence. For the second point, I've added the fact that downloadable content includes new ships, tracks and music. Lastly, I've removed GameRankings from the article. I never read into that discussion and to this day I'm not sure when to use it or not to use it. Thanks for the review! Please let me know if you have anything else.
