Viewpoint too narrow[edit]

This article currently addresses a very limited domain, focusing only on women's political involvement. It discusses just a small fraction of the overall NI women topic area and, even within the political arena, it mostly avoids any women in the unionist tradition. I'm not sure how best to expand it into broader coverage. Thoughts? jxm (talk) 23:18, 31 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I'm concerned that the article currently reads like a school homework assignment. There are numerous WP pages for NI women in various occupations - actors, medicine, singers, etc. See these categories, for example. Even within the political arena, and allowing for overlapping listings, there are more than 100 women in this category. Does it make sense to try and develop this article into multiple sections which cover these various fields? jxm (talk) 18:34, 14 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
