Citations[edit]

I tend contribute mostly to articles relating to psychological assessment and to pop music, two areas I am most expert in. However, I must admit to never having added references to the end of the article. I wrote the references and highlighted them and pushed the <ref/ref> button but that button only created formatting that Wikipedia did not accept! If anyone can help me edit it properly or give me a quick lesson I would appreciate it! I will read the Help sections later to figure this out. I am hoping to continue editing and writing more paragraphs for this new entry on the WJ-III tests, so it should grow into a more useful entry at some point...

Not sure how to edit wikipedia well so I thought I'd leave it to the experts. Just as a note though:

WJ III means the whole battery with Cognitive and Achievement tests. The abbreviation for the Woodcock-Johnson Tests of Cogniive Abilitis is WJ III COG. Citation is the test manual: Woodcock, R.W., McGrew, K.S., Mather, N. (2001). Woodcock-Johnson III Tests of Cognitive Abilities. Itasca, IL: Riverside Publishing.

and your little description of the uses is really about the WJ III not the WJ III COG. You might want to consider changing the article to be about the WJ III and breaking it into sections of WJ III COG and WJ III ACH thanks —Preceding unsigned comment added by Shumshum81 (talkcontribs) 16:50, 5 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Intelligence Citations Bibliography for Articles Related to IQ Testing[edit]

You may find it helpful while reading or editing articles to look at a bibliography of Intelligence Citations, posted for the use of all Wikipedians who have occasion to edit articles on human intelligence and related issues. I happen to have circulating access to a huge academic research library at a university with an active research program in these issues (and to another library that is one of the ten largest public library systems in the United States) and have been researching these issues since 1989. You are welcome to use these citations for your own research. You can help other Wikipedians by suggesting new sources through comments on that page. It will be extremely helpful for articles on human intelligence to edit them according to the Wikipedia standards for reliable sources for medicine-related articles, as it is important to get these issues as well verified as possible. -- WeijiBaikeBianji (talk) 02:48, 10 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
