Hi Obie Njoku. I took the liberty of deleting the previous content posted here. That content appeared to have been from your Sandbox (?). If you want to retrieve it, just check the View History section and compare the changes I made with your previous edit. This Talk Space is where you discuss issues or updates to the WIC article. - Thanks Darwin Naz. I have noted the changes (edits) you made and I appreciate your contributions. I am going to correct the referencing you pointed out and will make it live in the next 24 - 48 hours. Many thanks for your guidance and I look forward to continuing to work together.
- One more thing: I would like to have an image, like the World Igbo Congress logo, attached to the page. But I am having difficulty with the licencing info. If you could help, that will be great. - It is advisable to use images from the Wikimedia Commons. While I was not able to find photos about WIC, a cursory search in the database showed that there are images there showing Igbo subjects, which can be used in the article. Thanks Darwin Naz. I mwant to upload WIC logo. That image does not appear on Wikipedia commons. I screenshot the image and tried uploading it but I wasn't sure how to properly do the licencing part. i ma still working on that. Thanks for everything! (Obie Njoku (talk) 02:09, 20 December 2019 (UTC))
- A screenshot does not gives you license to the image, unless you own its subject or content. In this case, you do not own the logo. You can check the rule HERE. This thread might also be helpful if you are having trouble with copyright. You can also raise the issue at the Teahouse if you need more insight about the screenshot.
