I have two solid sources, one from a medical and one from a UAE national newspaper. I also see about 30 notices for events and commemorations by various global health organizations. We could make a participant list from those event notices, which could communicate the organizations active in addressing this issue.
I see World Health Organization name dropped in lots of places but I am unable to actually find a WHO publication on this awareness day. Blue Rasberry (talk) 23:20, 28 January 2020 (UTC)
