Contested deletion[edit]

--What a bunch of shit. This is without a doubt the worst pile of steaming propaganda I've ever seen on Wikipedia.--- This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because I'm in the process of trying to salvage content from an article with a 10-year history that has been deleted twice now because copyvio material was added. I don't know if it should be deleted, but as currently constituted the article reads like a press release. If it's a placeholder while a more eXtensive article is being developed, there should be some way of noting that . . . DoctorFun1970 (talk) 10:59, 25 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Clearly shocking style, including the use of "we". But WRI is a significant organization and has been for several decades. The article can readily be brought to the minimum standard for notability and given a good copy-edit. I haven't time but someone will. Best wishes. • It is possible something can be made out of this article about an American think-tank. most the content was a close copy of a number of press releases, and full of external links, I have removed the worst offending material. Dysklyver 15:40, 11 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Have made several improvements to language neutrality, objectivity, and style. More remains to be done, but at this point I would argue that this article is no longer excessively outside of standard Wikipedia quality. Jon rainheart (talk) 19:08, 11 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
