DVR, no?[edit]

According to this it is DVR software. http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/YahooGo/YahooGo.html

Yeah it was supposed to be?

The same day I heard it announced I downloaded a copy. I have to look around for it. I have a Mac PC (not a Windows) so I can't run it thought. CaribDigita (talk) 19:33, 1 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Very much needs re writing or someone is likely to delete it. Mathiastck (talk) 19:46, 6 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Since Semptember 26, 2008, this has been a blatant advertisement. That's almost five months. About time to do something about it, I think. I'll tag it for spam and may delete most of it in some time. Wurdnurd (talk) 15:18, 15 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Spam tag and hangon[edit]

I used the spam tag a little hastily, forgetting the tag asks for speedy deletion. So I added an hangon tag. I think the article is needed, and if we just remove all spam, we do have a stub left than can be built upon. Wurdnurd (talk) 16:12, 15 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you think the existing article is a better start for one in compliance with our spam policies than a blank canvas then I will remove the CSD tag. If you decide a blank canvas is better then re-add it. You could use {{npov}} or {{advert}} if you want to mark it as having neutrality problems. Chillum 18:28, 15 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I just removed all the blatant advertising (btw: the worst I've seen on WP), with the result that the article now is a stub at best. At least it provides a framework for a more encyclopedic text. Wurdnurd (talk) 00:33, 19 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Excellent start for an article. Much better than before. I have removed the empty headers. Chillum 00:37, 19 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I had left the headers as a framework for new text, but am cool with your solution. Best, Wurdnurd (talk) 00:42, 19 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
