Hi my name is Jean Gardner and I’ve been a season ticket holder for a long time. I now find myself in a wheelchair and unable to get to my seat due to stairs .I have a carer. I have been to box office on four occasions and on Monday a lady called Glenda phoned me after seeing her in the box office. She told me there were wheelchair places available in gallowgate end and I needed a letter from my doctor to say I needed a carer to assist me .I made emergency appointment with doctor who gave me the paperwork Glenda said I needed and to take it to box office . This I did today ,and the lady I saw today had me in tears . Told me she couldn’t help me today and she would get some info and phone me . She hasn’t phoned. I am so very stressed out over this my seat is NN67gallowgate end . Please help me .
