Content: unsourced and/or original research?[edit]

Based on the References section, which states "This Text is a result of a semester work at Istanbul Teknik Üniversitesi" and which seems to cite "lectures" and "semester" as sources, this article kind of looks like it's literally a student's paper which has been copied into Wikipedia. The fact that it includes an external link ([1]https://web.archive.org/web/20100608153055/http://www.timkado.com/selimmadras.htm) to what appears to have been a copy of that paper (maybe with some paraphrasing?) on the original author's personal website also kind of supports that probability. If so, it's very likely to contain WP:OR; at minimum, it's unsourced in its current form (please see Wikipedia:Verifiability and Wikipedia:Reliable sources for how articles should be sourced). Vaguely referring to a university course someone took over a decade ago is not verifiability. There may also be notability issues but finding sources would clarify this either way.
