The problem with this article is that there were in fact four kings of the English in 1066. Indeed the article itself supports this! Edward; Harold; Edgar; and William.

What about 1483[edit]

Edward IV to 9 April, then Edward V, then Richard III from 26th June.

And for good measure, we might as well alter this page to "Three monarchs" which would then include 1553 (Edward VI, Jane, Mary I)
