Title[edit]

~Well, I was under the impression it is - at least as far as there is a name for those years at all. I've seen it used in books, in quite a few human rights reports and I believe also in Moroccan (French-language) press. Not a dab[edit]

I like this article but it has a problem ... DABs cannot have article prose - they are simply lists of dissimilar items that happen to share a name. To preserve the article prose I converted this to a poli-sci stub that just happens to also contain a list.
