NPOV dispute?[edit]

The article is tagged with a NPOV dispute notice, but I'm having difficulty finding the source of the dispute. The article seems minimal and could be fleshed out a little.

It would be interesting to know who their direct competitors are.

Since no one has responded regarding the neutrality, I'll remove the flag.

This may be a partial competitor, although it's unclear to what extent, if any:

Profit[edit]

How do they make a profit?--98.141.70.51 (talk) 07:56, 3 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Judging from their web site, they charge for extra features. Two that I've identified are:
  • conversion from voice to text
  • 'premium' professionally recorded messages
They have shortcomings. For example, they have one blanket default message, without distinguishing between members of your address book without an individualized greeting and callers not in your address book. Still, it's a clever concept and an interesting service.
