Placement in the series[edit]

Okay now I'm just plain confused. The various Yu-Gi-Oh! series (or just YGO for short cause it's a pain to type) are apparently connected in at least one way, or so it seems. However, I never recalled seeing the Second Series (the 2000 one) from Season 3 onwards, instead I swear it was either this or Capsule Monsters. But I can't find any decent information about these two to answer my questions. Was R shown in America or not? Sorry, but I'm really confused now... (Dakmordian)

Yu-Gi-Oh! R is a manga-only storyline. It has nothing to do with the anime. Consider it as the manga version of the Doma/Waking the Dragons (fourth season) arc. ggctuk (2005) (talk) 15:09, 25 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
