Keping Yu → Yu Keping – If both formats of the same name have been inconsistently used by sources, per WP:DIVIDEDUSE, we should use the least surprising format. Also WP:NC-ZH says put the surname first and other names last. However, if the proposed format is used more often, then use the format that I'm proposing.
