The phrase "His work engages technology, politics, and minoritarian politics" is almost directly copied from Blas' own bio, which says that his practice "engages technics and minoritarian politics", and fortunately spares us the Mumfordian 'technics', but for fuck's sake, can't we just say what he does in words that still mean something?
