Current issues

This article currently has some issues that need to be resolved. As an apparent autobiography, some statements need to be brought to a neutral point of view, and citations of reliable sources are needed. The main concern at this point is the lack of reliable, independent sources (the subject himself may be used as a reliable source for certain information, but only from outside sources, and not for any statements that directly assert notability). Without such independent sources, the article may be deleted for failing to verifiably assert notability. -kotra (talk) 08:37, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

I've added a sentence and converted two of the external links into citations. Still, one of the citations, the bio, is of unknown reliability. Sources independent of the subject need to be found. -kotra (talk) 06:12, 23 February 2009 (UTC)

Copyvio?

Most of the prose is a direct copy-paste from one of the external links,[1].Unfortunately, no copyright information or author is given on that page. If the same user who added the content to Wikipedia is the copyright holder of that content, it's fine, but we don't know this (and I'm not entirely sure how we'd go about finding out). In the meantime, should the prose in question be removed as a potential copyright violation? -kotra (talk) 09:59, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

O have received an email from a Dong Liu stating that he created the article and copied the info over from Hong-Jiang Zhang autobiography. Therefore I think it reasonable to assume that this is a copyvio so I have stubbed the article. Theresa Knott | token threats 16:31, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

Firstly, resorting to deception will not work, and will only make us less willing to work with you. Communicating with us honestly, or recusing yourself from this article and allowing us to deal with it are the best options available to you. Secondly, we don't delete an article so other contributors can edit it.
