Requires substantial précis[edit]

I am accepting this draft because I see notability.However, there is substantial work required to shortened this and to remove peacockery and other non encyclopaedic language. Wikipedia is the better for having an entry on Zhang Yingtai, but this version as it stands just prior to acceptance is unfinished. I view it as standing a better than 50% chance at surviving an immediate deletion process, so am accepting it in accordance with the AFC brief. 🇺🇦 Fiddle^Timtrent Faddle^Talk to me 🇺🇦 08:48, 12 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
