Requested move[edit]

King Wen of Nanyue → Zhao Mo — "Zhao Mo" (Nanyue OR "Nam Viet") gets 101 hits on Google books, whereas "King Wen" Nanyue gets only 22, and at least seven of these refer to another King Wen, King Wen of Zhou. The form "Zhao Mo" is parallel to Zhao Tuo, the current article title for his predecessor. This is desirable since they are two kings in the same dynasty. There is some dispute as to whether Zhao Mo was a king or an emperor and also concerning the correct transliteration of the country he was monarch of. The current title gratuitously imposes a POV with respect to both of these issues. Kauffner (talk) 12:21, 8 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Comment considering that you are using a set phrase construction "King Wen" in your search, it could well be that other constructions are available to boost the usage of "Wen", such as not translating the title "King". Comment There are nine monarchs named Emperor Wen/Wen-di/文帝 on the disambiguation page -- and this guy isn't even listed. Emperor Wen of Han made a peace treaty with Nanyue/Nam Viet. So searching that way would not yield a meaningful result. Kauffner (talk) 14:41, 8 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Zhào Mò's Vietnamese name[edit]

After a little Googling, I conclude that Zhào Mò's usual name in Vietnamese is Văn Vương. The title of his Vietnamese Wikipedia article is Triệu Văn Vương (King Triệu Văn), so I am taking this as the formal version of the name and "Văn Vương" as an abbreviated form. Hardly anyone uses "Triệu Muội". If you convert Zhào Mò/趙眜 to Vietnamese, you get Triệu Mắt, but I don't see this name appearing much either. Muội/眛 means "dull witted" whereas Mắt/眜 means "eyes," so Muội could be a joke of some kind. Kauffner (talk) 12:29, 19 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
