Legal challenges to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act[edit]

The recent addition of a section "Legal challenges to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" has a lot of good content, but it is long and I am inclined to make it a separate article List of legal challenges to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that would be linked from this articles and others related to the ACA as well. It would fit well in Category:United States case law lists. Any objection?--agr (talk) 11:24, 25 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@ArnoldReinhold: I noticed that the list was recently removed by Xenophrenic. I think the list of challenges went into too much detail for this article, but I also like the idea of moving this material to its own article. Best, -- Notecardforfree (talk) 15:37, 25 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Would that list article be redundant to Legal challenges to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which already has much of the same information in a more encyclopedic format? I've removed the addition, by the way, as it was made by a banned disruptive editor who has been spamming it into many different locations for a couple years. I wasn't aware of the article for Legal challenges to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act until you linked it above, but I agree that it is the best location to integrate information about ACA challenges. In any event, I think the list of challenges that was removed from this article went into excessive detail and will likely need to be trimmed down before it is added anywhere. I wasn't aware of that article either. I don't think the material in question constitutes spam. I added it, with some edits to its introduction to Constitutional challenges to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Further discussion should probably be at Talk:Constitutional challenges to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act--agr (talk) 13:55, 26 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Eighth Circuit[edit]

Does anyone know the status of the Eighth Circuit cases that the government lost: Sharpe Holdings v. HHS and Dordt College v. Burwell ? Thanks. Bmclaughlin9 (talk) 18:23, 2 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
