Fair use rationale for Image:ZuneLogo Horizontal Large.jpg[edit]

Image:ZuneLogo Horizontal Large.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion.  So an official logo is not usable as it is trademarked?  If i drew a logo out in paint
would it then be fair use?  Wouldnt MS want us to identify their products with their
logos?  The above rationale seems like something the US govt would come up with.
 (we want you to identify us but not call us by our names!)

Firmware issues[edit]

Much of the "Recent Firmware Issues" section makes no sense starting with "firmware". That term (firmware) is rather vague to begin with but the section goes on to alternately blame the problem on upgradeable software ("stems from 3.1 update") and then hardware ("Microsoft left it to Toshiba"). Even worse, there's no reference for the Toshiba comment. (The "[50]" after that sentence is not an active link - probably just left over from where someone copied it from.) In any case, the statement that MS stated the issue is that "Zune 30s were not programmed to recognize ...") is misleading. What it should say is something more like "It's a bug; the software does the wrong thing when handling the last day of a leap year." Donlibes (talk) 18:24, 1 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

 I have a Zune 30 GB with a (new) software issue, and its not the firmware,
its the new software (4.0), I have previously updated the firmware multiple times but
now when i try to update it from the new software it tells me that the device
cannot be updated.  I have cleared the device (of both content and firmware)
