Talya Bauer

Talya N. Bauer is the Endowed Cameron Professor of Management at Portland State University.[1][2] She was president of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.[3]

Early life and education[edit]

Bauer completed her PhD at Purdue University, following a BA at Cal Poly Humboldt.[4]

Career and research[edit]

Her work on "leader-member exchange" was covered in Harvard Business Review.[5]
