Tarbela lake It is a reservoir formed by the Tarbela Dam, located 3 km south of Haripur, in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan.

The fish of Tarbela Lake are distinguished for their particular taste.[1][2]

Recreation[edit]

"Visiting picnic spots and eating out, especially during public holidays," is a popular pastime.[3]

The lake was formed as a reservoir of the Tarbela Dam
