Anne Baxter on screen and stage

  • ... that actress Anne Baxter made her Broadway stage debut at the age of 13? Source: Washington Post [[1]] "She grew up in the suburbs of New York, and made her stage debut in 1936 in New York when she was 13 in the murder mystery "Seen But Not Heard."
    • ALT1:... that actress Anne Baxter's roles include an Egyptian princess, a ruthlessly ambitious understudy, an alcoholic, and two villains in the 1960s Batman television series? Source: The Hollywood Reporter [[2]] "Anne Baxter is very good as the Egyptian princess", Roger Ebert [[3]], " Variety [[4]] "Anne Baxter walks off with perhaps the film's personal bit as the dipso", The New York Times [[5]] "The woman, far gone in melancholia, is more interested in strong drink." Paste [[6]] )

  • I think Alt 1 is strikingly more interesting for a hook, as it's not uncommon for actors to start as children (and what a career she had!). For the article, everything appears to be in order. As for neutrality, no issue. Long enough, obviously. No copyright issues. It has been expanded to the required level. So I say give it the go-ahead. Trillfendi (talk) 19:42, 15 November 2019 (UTC)
