Article is new enough, completely cited and meets the size criteria. There was an expansion tag asking for the article to be expanded from the Serbian Wiki - but unless I'm mistaken, that version of the article was completly uncited and therefore unsuitable to be used as the basis of an expansion, so I removed the tag. QPQ has been completed, and due to offline and foreign language sources I haven't been able to do copy vio checks, so taking those on good faith. Good to go.
