Biswa Ranjan Nag[edit]

Created by Tachs (talk). Self-nominated at 15:55, 15 April 2017 (UTC).

  • Review ALT1 is boring. Original hook is incomprehensible to a lay person. And it does not help that even the source, published by the Indian Institute of Science, is written in broken English. It appears to support the original hook, but that requires a leap of faith that I lack. I apologize in advance for being critical but it is what it is.
IMO, ALT hooks should concentrate on the many important awards he received, or the program he inspired. The present hooks do him an injustice. He is an important scientist. The present hooks are like reducing a hook on Thomas Edison to ‘he was deaf.’
QPQ confirmed New enough, long enough, timely nominated. Earwig is clear. 7&6=thirteen () 15:56, 3 June 2017 (UTC)
Suggest an alternative hook:

  • Review ALT2 GTG. Much improved, IMO. Supported by readable WP:RS. Cheers. 7&6=thirteen () 18:09, 3 June 2017 (UTC)
