  • The hook's reference is offline, but I can get a sense of it through various Google searches, especially the book by John Bush Jones: Our Musicals, Ourselves: A Social History of the American Musical, page 32. The date and length of the article are good, referencing is sufficient, and I see no copyright violations. Binksternet (talk) 21:57, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
