Convair Model 58-9[edit]

  • Looks good. Short but over the minimum length. New enough. Enough references in the article per DYK standards. The hook can be sourced to the available online snippets, even though the specific reference supporting the fact in the article is off line. No copyvios found on the material available on line, though I did not have access to offline sources for checking. For readers unfamiliar with "Mach" terminology it may be worth considering amending the hook to read:
ALT1 ... that an airliner version of the B-58 bomber was expected to carry 52 passengers at supersonic speeds greater than Mach 2? Rlendog (talk) 18:12, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
That looks a little awkward, perhaps ALT2 ... that an airliner version of the B-58 bomber was expected to carry 52 passengers at supersonic speeds? would work? - The Bushranger One ping only 01:19, 7 December 2011 (UTC)
