- I had a look at the Google Books preview of the book which is cited as the reference for the hook (The Madonna Companion: Two Decades of Commentary by Metz & Benson). The only mention I can find is on a footnote for the list of videos, and all it says is "Madonna does not appear in the video." Is there another reference (in that book or another) which explicitly states that the fairy is modelled on Madonna? (I think it's fairly obvious that she is, but I'd prefer the reference was really clear as that's the basis for the hook). --Canley (talk) 05:25, 9 December 2011 (UTC)
