- Thanks for taking a look Euryalus - that suggestion sounds good to me. If shortening it is good, perhaps the descriptors can be removed altogether? E.g.:
- ALT1: "... that Dewey L. Fleming was one of nine newspaper reporters who were secretly invited to cover the first Quebec Conference between Franklin D. Roosevelt and Winston Churchill?"
- Or even ALT2: "... that Dewey L. Fleming was one of nine newspaper reporters who were secretly invited to cover the first Quebec Conference?"
- And were there any incidences of close paraphrasing that stood out in particular that I can try to address? AdventurousSquirrel (talk) 09:28, 15 March 2016 (UTC)
- Apologies for the delay in coming back. Am on a mobile device so can't easily do links, but the Career section is fairly close to the content of the Fischer reference. That said, there are only a certain number of words one can use to describe a list of dates, so it's not a matter worth holding up this nomination. On the new last, I suspect Alt2 would assume too great a level of historical knowledge, so:
