Don Brothwell[edit]

  • ... that Don Brothwell was fined and imprisoned for refusing two call-ups for National Service?
    • ALT1:... that the archaeologist Don Brothwell served two months in prison because he was a conscientious objector?

  • Just the QPQ details awaited. The article is long enough: it was created in 2006 with a x11 recent expansion of prose in past 6 days (following the recent death of the subject). The article appears policy compliant and well-cited with appropriate inline citations used throughout. The is is no obvious copyright violation or close paraphrasing apparent, although good faith is required as the main source used is a ten-page section of a book with no online link. There is no image supplied. Both the hooks are short enough, properly formatted, neutral and interesting, I prefer ALT1 which is verified on page 26 of the interview with him published in 2003 (source 2).
