Elena Torres[edit]

  • ALT1: ... that ...Elena Torres was the first woman elected to hold a municipal office in Mexico?
  • Reviewed: Doris Mühringer
  • Comment: For Women's History Month (I need to strike Alt1. Sources are contradictory and I think she was NOT the first woman to hold elected office. I think it was Rosa Torre instead.)
