Improved to Good Article status by Jackdude101 (talk). Self-nominated at 14:25, 2 April 2018 (UTC).

General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: None required.

Overall: Approved ALT2. epicgenius (talk) 00:14, 7 April 2018 (UTC)

  • @Epicgenius: I added the first suggestion you mentioned as a new official alternate hook. The reason why I went with the ones above it was because I wanted to play it safe and go with a fact mentioned exactly how it was stated in the article. Jackdude101 talk cont 00:51, 7 April 2018 (UTC)
  • @Jackdude101: The alternative hooks also use exact wording from the article. I like ALT2 the most. I will approve that alt hook, but I removed the Michigan link because it's a common term (and anyway, Detroit is what most people will recognize). epicgenius (talk) 00:55, 7 April 2018 (UTC)
  • Coming to promote ALT2, I find the facts mentioned in the lead but there does not seem to be an inline citation for them, as required for DYK. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:41, 28 April 2018 (UTC)
  • That's fine. Replacing Epicgenius' tick. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 11:36, 28 April 2018 (UTC)
