Harlem Globetrotters: World Tour[edit]

  • ... that Harlem Globetrotters: World Tour doesn't feature the Washington Generals even though they have been the Harlem Globetrotters' traditional rival for over 50 years? Source: "And where are the Washington Generals? World Tour mode has the Globetrotters competing against fictional teams from around the world, but their hapless rivals of over 50 years are noticeably absent." IGN

  • New, in time, long enough, sourced, inline hook citation checks out, no apparent copyvios, QPQ done. Nomader, is there a source that says why the Generals weren't included? --Usernameunique (talk) 23:22, 6 April 2018 (UTC)
  • @Usernameunique: Thanks Usernameunique. Unfortunately not that I've found-- GameSpot also remarks on their not appearing but doesn't have any reason why, and I haven't been able to find any development interviews that would answer the question. ("They didn't even bother to include the Globetrotters' current or classic rivals, the New York Nationals or the Washington Generals." [1]) The reality is the game is just a bit too old to have the normal press coverage that would cover it. Nomader (talk) 14:25, 7 April 2018 (UTC)
