John Gatins[edit]

  • ... that Flight screenwriter John Gatins got into scriptwriting when a fellow Vassar graduate offered him $1,000 to pen a screenplay?

  • Article is long enough, new enough. Well referenced for its size, no issues with prose. Hook is sourced and short enough. There may be room to note that Gatins is Oscar nominated, but I'll leave that to the article creater and hook promoter to consider. Cheers! Resolute 17:45, 12 January 2013 (UTC)
  • I started the article several days before he was nominated for the Oscar, so it wasn't applicable when I submitted the hook. Good thinking, though. How about this?

Does that work? BobAmnertiopsisChatMe! 17:53, 12 January 2013 (UTC)
I would say so. Alt hook also well and proper. Resolute 18:00, 12 January 2013 (UTC)
