- Comment: It's pretty uncommon to use the shortened footnotes
{{sfn}}. One of the down-sides of using them is there are no real hyperlinks to what should otherwise be a mostly hyperlinkable set of references. Consider converting them to standard{{cite xxx}}citations? Toddst1 (talk) 21:04, 23 August 2011 (UTC) - I've fixed the broken hyperlinks; they should all highlight the full source now.
