K-25 gaseous diffusion plant demolition in 2012

... that the K-25 gaseous diffusion plant (pictured in 2012 during demolition) was once the largest building under one roof in the world?

Long enough for sure. more than a five time expansion between May 29 and now so it meets the size requirement too. QPQ done.

Technically the source says "largest building under one room", not sure if that's the same as "largest building" without that qualifier?

I see an overlap in prose with "Due to construction needs at K-25 and elsewhere on the reservation, the town of Oak Ridge, originally designed for 13,000 people, grew to 50,000 b" see here - the other hits seems to be on terms that cannot really be avoided when talking about this subject.
@Hawkeye7: the hook does not match the source 100% and there is a phrase overlap that needs to be addressed. MPJ-US 23:55, 20 June 2016 (UTC)
