Letting Go (Body of Proof)[edit]

  • ... that Body of Proof episode "Letting Go" aired on Sunday, 3 April 2011, instead of the normal timeslot of a Tuesday, however this resulted in significant lower ratings?

  • Article has been created within the last five days. However, I do not see a citation for the hook - the source only confirms the Sunday date, not the lower rating due to it. I'll suggest this alternate hook:
ALT1 ... that the Body of Proof episode "Letting Go" aired on Sunday, April 3, 2011, outside the series' usual Tuesday timeslot?

Its keeps the interesting hook while omitting the unsourced information. Toa Nidhiki05 17:37, 10 July 2012 (UTC)

Agreed, looks good, Thanks — M.Mario (T/C) 17:49, 10 July 2012 (UTC)
Alright, passed! Toa Nidhiki05 18:10, 10 July 2012 (UTC)
  • Pulled back from prep areas per discussion at WT:DYK#Letting Go, in which the consensus is that the hook is not interesting and thus inappropriate for DYK. A new, truly interesting hook needs to be found. BlueMoonset (talk) 02:10, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
I do like the above, and have suggested another at WT:DYK#Letting Go. — M.Mario (T/C) 12:42, 23 July 2012 (UTC)
OK, I think that might pass :-) But you need to have a reference on both bits of the hook - interracial and Fairmount Park - in the text of the article. Either on one sentence saying both things or on two separate sentences. Then use the symbol to call for a re-review here. --Yngvadottir (talk) 12:57, 23 July 2012 (UTC)
The reference for the plot supports this quote above, [1] but this suports this. — M.Mario (T/C) 13:12, 23 July 2012 (UTC)

- Needs re-reviewing. ALT2 is the proposed hook. — M.Mario (T/C) 15:51, 23 July 2012 (UTC)

  • The ALT2 hook checks out, except I think it needs to be revised to make it clear that this is not a true story (to avoid defaming Fairmount Park). Something like this:
Yes, that sounds great. — M.Mario (T/C) 20:06, 23 July 2012 (UTC)
  • I was about to have to be a reluctant ogre here, because the article didn't have the inline source for Fairmount Park that Yngvadottir requested. However, I did find one, and have added it to the article, so I don't have to put the nomination on hold as I was about to do before Google did its thing. BlueMoonset (talk) 01:47, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
