@Bilorv and MrLinkinPark333: I was about to move this to a prep, but the wording is a bit iffy in ALT0. How about: ... that it had been seventeen years since U2 topped the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart until "Love Is Bigger Than Anything in Its Way" peaked in July 2018? I've added a "that" to ALT0, but I don't see any other wording issues (possibly "had" could be "had had"). Your suggestion sounds quite strange to me—I don't like that use of "until". Change it to a "when" and I would be happy. — Bilorv_(c)(talk) 11:09, 4 August 2018 (UTC)

@Bilorv: The problem with "had had" can be mitigated by changing it to the "topped" suggestion. I don't mind whether we use until or when. What do you say to ALT2:

Nothing works better grammatically with the passive construction of "had". Try:
ALT3: ... that in July 2018, U2 topped the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart for the first time in 17 years with "Love Is Bigger Than Anything in Its Way"? Yoninah (talk) 23:09, 5 August 2018 (UTC)
