Marie LaChapelle[edit]

  • ... that pioneering midwife Marie LaChapelle first delivered a baby when she was 15?

5x expanded by Keilana (talk). Self nom at 02:32, 1 February 2013 (UTC)

  • Length (>5x); date verified. Hook's offline ref accepted AGF seasoned editor. All non-lead paragraphs have offline refs; all refs appear to be RS. QPQ done. Though both hooks are interesting and both are short enough, I prefer ALT1. GTG. --Rosiestep (talk) 06:09, 1 February 2013 (UTC)
  • Reworded the main hook; at first glance, it sounds as if she became a mother at 15, and only by slower reading is the meaning made clear. The current wording seems clearer without sacrificing anything. Nyttend (talk) 16:30, 1 February 2013 (UTC)
Works for me, thanks to both of you! :) Keilana|Parlez ici 07:08, 4 February 2013 (UTC)
