... that the orchestral suite Mont Juic was composed jointly by Lennox Berkeley and Benjamin Britten on Catalan dances they heard together on Barcelona's Montjuïc mountain?

Date, length, citations OK. Just a bit of pedantry about the hook (length OK). Page 362 of Ref 5 states that what they heard was not specifically Catalan dances but. rather more generally, folk dances. And the reference also says that the Suite is not really Catalan after all, despite its title. Also in the article on Montjuïc it is described as a hill rather than a mountain. How about replacing “Catalan” with "folk" and “mountain” with “hill”? --Peter I. Vardy (talk) 19:33, 17 July 2013 (UTC)
- I hesitate a bit. It's a hill in meters, but high above Barcelona. I suggest we drop it, let readers be curious. I would like to keep "Catalan", perhaps in quotation marks, because freedom and war play a role, - "folk" is too cozy. Can you word that? My suggestion:

I suppose. I like the way you have dealt with the hill/mountain. But folk music is a genre rather than a cosy term; and that's what the source says (actually it says "Folk Dances"). I would still prefer "folk", but as the event was in Catalonia, I guess "Catalan" will just about do. --Peter I. Vardy (talk) 20:49, 17 July 2013 (UTC)
