  • These fourteen articles are either new or expanded fivefold as enumerated by MPJ-DK. As far as I can see, they are all sufficiently long. There is a rule that to satisfy the DYK length requirements, only unique text qualifies. In these articles there is some copying of text from one article to another but I think sufficient unique text remains. The one most likely to infringe this rule is the Mid-America version because the expansion of that started from 458 characters and the article is currently 2751 characters. I don't think this is worth pursuing further. The articles are neutral and do not cause Earwig any concern. The hook's length is OK. It mentions fourteen champioships but the "Concurrent championships" link is only thirteen in most instances, and twelve in this one. On further consideration, I think the hook should state thirteen variations rather than fourteen. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 11:20, 31 March 2017 (UTC)
  • I will take a sock of so I can count high enough and make sure all articles match. If it is a different number I will adjust the Hook accordingly. Thank you Cwmhiraeth  MPJ-DK  13:33, 31 March 2017 (UTC)

@Cwmhiraeth: my fingers, abacus and calclator all came to 13 as well, I should not have counted the Montreal version when I put the DYK hook together. I took it out of the hook and adjusted the number to 13 in all articles. Thank you for undertaking the massive DYK review task, it is very much appreciated.  MPJ-DK  23:57, 31 March 2017 (UTC)

  • Hook and articles are now consistent with 13 variations, and this is ready to go. (I chose to review this nomination because I had a multiple article hook coming up, and to prevent somebody else using it for 14 QPQs.) Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:46, 1 April 2017 (UTC)
