An alternative hook might be something like ALT1: ... that Nancy Chang (pictured) and her husband, innovators in developing allergen-related asthma drugs, both suffered severely from allergies?

Comment - I won't formally review this since I started the article and contributed about 10% (or less) of it, but I'll note that I just reviewed everything, moved a ref slightly so that the hook is fully cited, and will review another article to fully satisfy the QPQ requirement (User:Mary Mark Ockerbloom is exempt since she is a first-time nominator) All requirements are met, though it looks like MMO was a day or two late in nominating the article. No matter though, the article was increased over 6X from June 22, so all requirements are formally met. Smallbones_(smalltalk) 19:48, 28 June 2013 (UTC)
