Hook is correctly and inline sourced to the Dictionary of Canadian Biography which is undoubtedly RS. Article was moved to mainspace from sandbox today, and is of sufficient length. QPQ done and no image. Article is NPOV and free of copyvio. Chetsford (talk) 01:43, 7 January 2018 (UTC)
