Rise Bar

  • ... that more than 800 people living near Rise Bar supported a motion to keep it open later? Source: "The bar itself submitted more than 800 letters in support of the 4 a.m. close, including those from 21 residents living in the building, he added." ([1])
    • ALT1:... that Rise Bar's management spent more than US$110,000 soundproofing the space, which holds just 74 patrons? Source: "Before Rise opened last November, the venue's landlord spent around $90,000 on soundproofing throughout the building, Blair said. Additionally, he spent approximately $20,000 hiring a sound engineer to install paneling and conduct sound checks." ([2])

  • New enough in mainspace and long enough. QPQ present. Both hooks check out (ALT1 has a second source for "74 patrons" that is included in the article). No textual issues. Looks good to me. Sammi Brie (she/her • tc) 00:32, 31 October 2021 (UTC)
