Article was significant expanded on 16 July. The content itself appears to be fine, I don't see any concerns of neutrality. Every paragraph are backed with at least one source also. As for the hook, I prefer ALT1 better, shorter and better clarity. Hook fact is both in the article and confirmed by the NYT source. Based on QPQ check this appears to be the first submission to DYK, so the user is exempt from QPQ. The article should be ready to go. Alex ShihTalk 11:49, 22 July 2017 (UTC)
