Image has copyright tag that works. New enough and long enough at the time of nomination. Article is fully supported by inline citations. Article reads as neutral enough and I do not see any obvious BLP concerns. Plagiarism spot check here, here, here give no cause for concern. Hook is properly formatted and interesting enough.
